Bio

Nach seinem Studium am Karlsruher Institut für Technologie und der WHU wurde er Produktleiter (CPO) des Mobile Advertising Startups Minodes aus Berlin. Im Mai 2017 wurde Minodes für mehr als 10 Millionen Euro an Telefónica verkauft. Im Anschluss gründete er TV-TWO, eine Blockchain-basierte Smart TV App, welche sich wie ein personalisierter Fernsehkanal verhält. Mit TV-TWO möchte er einen transparenteren TV Werbemarkt aufbauen und zugleich die Blockchain Technologie in die Wohnzimmer der Welt bringen.

Im direkten Anschluss an sein Studium an der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, Oestrich-Winkel wechselte er zum Mobile Advertising Startups Minodes aus Berlin. Dort leitete er die Business Development Abteilung und unterstütze den zweistelligen Exit an Telefónica. Ende 2017 gründete er TV-TWO. Seitdem verfolgt er die Mission für mehr Transparenz und Fairness im weltweit größten Werbemarkt zu sorgen. Die Blockchain-basierte Smart TV App soll in Zukunft die erste Station für Video Entertainment auf dem Fernseher werden.

Bio

Joachim Lohkamp is an entrepreneur and tech-enthusiast with a heart for activism. As the founder of Jolocom, he has been working at the forefront of the decentralization movement in Berlin since 2014. With Jolocom, he is providing the identity solution that will enable real world use cases in smart contract based business models. To ultimately harvest this potential and inform innovation aimed regulation, he co-founded the German Blockchain Association "Bundesblock" that establishes the dialogue between Blockchain businesses and politics. You might also find him as a co-organizer of events like the Decentralized Web Summit and GetDecentralized or in his role as an advisor at the decentralized Think Tank BlockchainHub.
